I’m writing to inform all my investors that LL has froze my account. I need as many people as possible to contact Harry and Jack linden and demand that they stop harassing ROBO Marx and let me back online. I was banned for cutting plots down to 256 sqm and placing a shop on each with the www.tierrenters.com logo embedded into it. The cutting policy is very vague and since I am able to place a building on the 256sqm plot this should not be illegal. Also the advertising policy does not ban anyone from opening a shop up on the ML with a logo attached to it??? I believe LL is against the idea of www.tierrenters.com and the fact we can take premium based accounts from them by making a co-op of tier renters. But they obviously wont state this publicly. As they have harassed the OS landlords and tier renters, they may soon be after the average land or skybox landlord in the SL mainland. When will LL decide to let their originally free economic based model grow without constant intrusions that only hurt the players, the game, and the economy of SL. Robo, a little bit more detailed information on this matter might be appropriate ... maybeyou could post your conversations with LL here too to get us informed? Especially the replies might prove interesting. | |

Actually, I highly doubt LL has anything against tier renters, NinjaLand has been doing this business for quite a while now and LL doesn't have any problems with them. Interesting that the prospectus doesn't state that ROBO getting banned is a risk, as it most definitely should, anothger reason I'm glad I didn't invest. | |

This is all the info I have. I called billing. They filed a ticket for me. And governance still has not replied to the ticket. Typical LL tactics. I did not violate policy. I cut a few plots to 256sqm , and put tierrenter shops on them with the logo. Cutting is not illegal(only quote adfarming), nor is opening shops in world. I have never been suspended for ads or cutting. You would think they would choose progressive discipline. They are a tyrancy and we are all at their whim. As this is more proof of that. I received this at 948pm SLT Dear ROBO Marx, This email is notification of action regarding your Second Life account, ROBO Marx, for violation of the Second Life Terms of Service or Community Standards. The violation in question occurred on June 27, 2008 in the region of Vostrukha. Violation: Community Standards: Harassment, Network Advertising Violation As of the 1st October 2008, all residents will need to comply with the new network advertising mainland policy. Please make sure that you follow these rules: * We will allow no more than 50 advertising locations owned by a single individual, whether personally owned or via groups in which you are a member, unless you have written permission from Linden Lab to exceed this limit. Rules on advertisements themselves: * Adverts should be grounded to the terrain, not floating. * Adverts should extend no higher than 8m from the ground. * No rotating, no flashing content and no particles. * No unsolicited dispensing of IMs, notecards, landmarks or content. * No light sources or glow (full bright is acceptable however). * Advertising hoardings should be Phantom. * Adverts must be clearly PG in nature. * No sound and no temp-on-rez content. * Ban lines should be switched off. We have returned one or more objects which were reported. Then these 2 termination notices the following day around 237pm So they basically slammed it to me without any notice. Typical LL harassment. To suit their crooked agendas. Well i just got into with concierge. I was given a warning and 14hrs later my account is terminated. I filed a ticket at 630am slt but I cant get it looked at with 14hrs i guess. Leo L said he will have it looked at soon. He was quite nice, but more of the same old same old. Lousy LL support. The cowards that issue the termination hide. Where are you HARRY and JACK. | ROBO, please contact me on an alt or via skype. I suggest we organize a group of people to attend Linden Estate Services office hours and Governance Team office hours to publicize this situation, we can certainly bring some reporters along to illustrate the abuses being committed. | |

How about we stop talking about what is happening to you, and get to the part about what you are doing for your shareholders. Who just pumped you full of cash and... 1) Where is the money now? 2) Did you store the money on a money alt and still have access to it? 3) Will there be suspended trading until this issue is fixed? 4) What happens if you have been permenently banned? We are shareholders, wanting the business info, not a personal blog about fighting the good fight. | |

My appeal has been rejected. I believe this is blatantly due to the www.tierrenters.com business. Only a small warning was given, in order to justify termination of my account. I will now file another appeal and other avenues to appeal this ludicrous decision. Anyone who could help in the SL community who could help would be appreciated. LL's anti capitalist activities are detrimental to the whole survival of the SL business community. thank you. They blocked my IP totally. I cant get on at all. If I am banned permanetly I would hope a major share holder would step up as new CEO, to help promote tierrenters.com in world for me. As well as run the customer service account that donates the tier. TY Robo | |

Stray most of the $$$ is still in my account. Freezing it doesn’t really matter too much. Seeing that i don’t have access to it. It would just simply make the value of the company 0, which I as CEO try my hardest to advert. I’m sure IntLibber would have something to say if I traded the L$ for cash on the ACE $$ exchange and tried to cash it out. I was never here to rip anyone off. The biggest ???? in the game has always LL and there maniacal ways. I am working on alternate ways to expand the business with or without SL access. I believe if the ban continues I can prove that the ACE exchange is bigger then SL itself. I’ve fought these guys tooth and nail. This doesn’t stop here. I know shareholders are worried. I need them all to contact Jack and Harry Linden to stop LL's rain down on capitalism. The best part about being a listed company in SL, is that it gives you a public platform to fight LL when they infringe on the rights of its residents.
