SPO vote has been created on the forum

Dear Shareholders,
The SPO vote has been created on the forum. This is my propose for the SPO:

SPO Price: L$1.04 ( near today's NAV: L$1.033598 )
Share issued: 300000 shares

Please vote for/ against the SPO. I will not take place in this vote. If the proposal have been turned down, I will not suggest the SPO again within 2 months. If the proposal have been passed, the SPO will be launched on late July or early Augest.
