June Dividend Coming Soon! At the end of today!

Dear Shareholders,

Our first monthly dividend is about to reach its way to your account balances and let me tell it wont be a bad one. We have been operating for only two months and we already money to cover this month's expenses and give out a profit. The reason I choose for posting it later on today and not right now is because the day is not over yet and we can still reel in a nice profit to add to our dividend budget.

Looking back at our humble start as a brand new company in second life all I can say is how quickly and how effectively we have progressed. All of those individuals who believe the SL Land market is declining don't realize that while land prices might go down that doesn't affect the rental market. Every day there is thousands of avatars who want a nice place to live but cant quite make the payment for a plot of land and those are the people we cater to. This special niche in the market is the force behind the Carter Land Holdings name and it is what will enable us to grow into one of the biggest and most profitable enterprises in SL.

I would never say I regret jumping in the second life property industry, it is a incredibly entertaining and worthwhile field. My main ambition now is to invite you, our strong and select group of investors, to stay with us as we tap into a marvelous world of unexploited opportunities and also to share this if you have a friend who is currently looking to put some money on the right horse . I can guarantee that he will thank you for that advice for months to come.
