FED Merger Processing Completed successfully at 1:08AM SLT and FED has commenced trading with an opening Shareprice of $2.00 on SL CapEx

PLEASE NOTE: For Processing purposes there was a minor OVERSUBSCRIPTION of 2,187 shares. This raises the FED Total Shares Issued to 1,000,000 Shares.
