WJUV.COM Domain ownership dispute

When SLIB acquired a major stake into WJUV and took it under it's wing, it has been ridiculed with false technical problem, excuses, and general hardships from mainly Maltos Sosa / CentralGrid.

These problems have peaked now after today's, once again, DNS problems. radio.wjuv.com did not resolve for a time again.

Tyrian Camilo requested domain transfer authorization key, as required by ICANN for the Nth time today, which has been silently ignored every single time.

This resulted in ransom demand, here is Mr. Frank Corsi's email in full for your disgression:
"The 50,000 shares of wjuv stock is gone, we cant see any value from
that anymore. So the domain name will remain our name. You can use it,
but we will retain ownership.

If you want to pay for the lost shares we will transfer it to you."

Case has been now forwarded to our lawyer and we are waiting for the reply of Mr. Frank Corsi of which way he wants to approach.

WJUV has been really hard to keep up, maintain, and get to grow due to the constant disputing, falsified technical problems on DNS, and inability to honor etihiquette and property ownerships. Mr. Frank Corsi had given his votes through Maltos Sosa in the shareholders meeting aswell for electing Tyrian Camilo as the CEO of WJUV, and transforming of WJUV.COM as SLIB subsidiary.

These problems has caused a great suffering for WJUV, which indirectly translates to lost advertising revenues, thus no dividends.

So far WJUV hasn't been anything but a cost for SLIB.
