WJUV.COM Dispute Part III
Dear Investors,With great regret i have to inform that Corsi has gone and sold off the domain to Bart Heart, despite his offer to sell it for just 30USD payable via paypal. Our attempts to solve practicalities were futile, they remained unsolved, and in the meantime he sold the domain to Bart Heart.
He tells us reason is because of SLIB's goal of refocusing to it's core services, to which WJUV was not part of, WJUV.COM was ownership of WJUV investors to begin with.
A legal process is possible, as we have an email stating Mr. Frank Corsi giving it to Tyrian Camilo, which he failed fullfill. E-mails in court are treated as spoken contracts, and legally binding if proofable. This e-mail is proofable, and stored in Google's gmail service, practically making the e-mail as valid as you can, as Google verifiers and guarantees the legitimacy of e-mail headers, such as origin.
An investor meeting about this issue should be held as to find the process WJUV investors would be willing to take. A legal process can be lengthy and costly.
Please show your support and opinions of this ordeal and dispute, direct complaints of this to Bart Heart, Frank Corsi (info@centralgrid.net / cgrid@centralgrid.com or Skype Central Grid)
Despite this, WJUV Radio shares will be recovered as per ANCAPISTAN Capital Exchange recovery process, one route for us to take is to completely rebrand, this is the easiest move to make, cheapest, and quite fast aswell.
Regretfully yours,
Tyrian Camilo
