Investor Warning: Angus Horsforth

This is highly unorthodox, but I felt it is necessary to make a public announcement of this person, as a potential FRAUD/SCAM.

Angus Horsforth has been asking frequently money to finance an real estate directory/search (not really sure what it even is) for months, sums varying from few tens of thousands of L$ to few hundred L$. Sometimes asking an loan, sometimes investment, sometimes venture capital partnership.

More information of this person can be requested from me, Tyrian Camilo.

This person does not understand "NO" as an answer, and will keep harassing you for money, also it is suspected this is an second avatar of his/hers, months ago money was requested by someone else for a similar "project", i sincerely hope no one has fallen victim of this, possibly a scam scheme.

The point of harassment by him has been reached already sometime ago, now every few days i receive an IM or Notecard requesting money.

Who he is, what he really does, i have absolutely no clue, apart from what little the notecards contained. Along with money, he is requesting more money for giving him EXCLUSIVE sim land sales rights, essentially sounding like double scam: First investment/loan, then money for getting "services" of essentially donating all your estate land to him, with no guaranteed results, and charging on per region basis. Furthermore, it can be reasoned that if he would be such a good sales person, he would not need an initial investment/loan.

Also, those who engage in real estate on larger scale knows well, directory/sales office approach has very small effect on sales, and that as an business plan and approach has been noted as a failure many times over.

As a side note, SLIB used to issue warnings of certain organizations and individuals early on our business (over a year ago), these were named "SLIB Advisory".

Best Regards,
Tyrian Camilo
