Very high sales

We have been enjoying during this month a huge peak in sales, in raw number of total sales in our estates, and mainland land offerings we've been seeing an increase of many times of any of month in the past 12months.

The average sale is far smaller than in the past, but the sheer volume of total sales is quite decent.

This is the first time we are seeing relatively the same turnover % on mainland since summer of 2007, and the turnover % on estates is nearing at about half of the best months ever in fall 2007.

The median estate parcel being sold today is 4096sqm. We have already acquired 20 new residents during this month, which is roughly 30% increase in residents on our estate. The average land size per resident has significantly decreased which translates to lesser risk, higher margin for our business.
